The National Association of Women MBAs (NAWMBA) is dedicated to empowering women and propelling them into leadership positions within the community and increasing diversity in the workforce. The Pepperdine chapter of NAWMBA seeks opportunities to develop women's professional careers in an increasingly competitive and dynamic corporate climate.
NAWMBA provides networking opportunities with fellow MBA students, Pepperdine alumni, and NAWMBA members across the nation through the Annual National Conference and Career Fair. NAWMBA encourages women to learn from each other and stay connected well after graduation.
