Andrew Mescon

Andrew Mescon

President

Andrew is a second-year student in the 20-month MBA program at the Graziadio School of Business and Management. During his first year at Graziadio, Andrew served on the leadership council of both the Finance Club and Challenge for Charity, and as a member of the school's Ethics Committee and Graziadio Student Ambassadors program.  Prior to pursuing his MBA, Andrew worked for three years as an Analyst at Old Hill Partners, LLC, a hedge fund in Connecticut, and two years as an Associate at Wells Fargo Foothill, LLC, in San Francisco.  Andrew received a master's degree in public policy from Columbia University (New York, NY), in December 2005, and a B.A. in political science from Trinity College (Hartford, CT), in May 2000.  Despite being a native New Yorker, Andrew has taken a liking to the West Coast and hopes to remain in California after graduation.

Brendon Bain

Brendon is a second-year student in the 20-month MBA program at the Graziadio School of Business and Management concentrating in finance. During his first year at Graziadio, Brendon served on the executive committee of Challenge for Charity. Prior to pursuing his MBA, he worked for six years as a civil engineering consultant based in Chicago on high profile international development projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Saudi Arabia. Brendon received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Calvin College (Grand Rapids, MI), in May 2004.

Armen Aiazian

Armen is a second-year student in the 20-month MBA program at the Graziadio School of Business and Management pursuing a concentration in finance. During his first year at Graziadio, Armen served on the executive committee of the Finance Club and was an active member of Challenge for Charity. Prior to Graziadio, Armen held various positions within the fund of hedge funds group at BNP Paribas in New York over a six-year period. He received his bachelor of arts from Cornell University in 2003 double majoring in economics and sociology. Armen is originally from New Jersey and currently resides in Santa Monica, Calif.

Megan Middleton

Director of Communications

Megan Middleton is a 20-month MBA student at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management with a concentration in marketing. In her first year at Pepperdine, Megan was actively involved in Entertainment Club, NAWMBA, NetImpact, Graziadio Student Ambassadors, and the Marketing Society, where she held the position of Director of Communications. In addition to being elected Director of Communications for MGBS, Megan is this year's Chair for the Graziadio Student Ambassadors. Prior to attending Pepperdine, Megan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where she double-majored in communications and African studies and minored in sociology. After college, she worked in advertising/marketing and public relations for several entertainment companies. Megan is a California native, who was born and raised in Pasadena, Calif. 

Christopher Garcia

Christopher Garcia is a second-year student in the 20-month MBA program at the Graziadio School of Business and Management.  He is a Southern California native and attended the California State Polytechnic University Pomona where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and a minor in French. During his time there, Christopher studied abroad in Paris, France and London, England.  Prior to business school, Christopher worked nearly five years as a sales representative at Pfizer, Inc. At Graziadio, Christopher serves as a NSHMBA campus ambassador, holds the position of MGBS Director of Alumni Relations, and is actively involved as a member of several clubs on campus.  Upon graduation, Christopher is looking forward to a career in marketing or brand management.

Ruby Zhang

Director of International Student Affairs

Hang (Ruby) Zhang is currently pursuing her second master's degree, an MBA, at Pepperdine University (she already holds a graduate degree in applied finance). Ruby moved to the United States in hopes of building a career in finance. In that short time, she has become an outstanding student leader and has also developed an impressive network within and outside of the Graziadio community. Ruby has been gaining practical business skills at positions with Warner Music Group and Farmers' Insurance Group.

Cyrus Irani

Cyrus is a Southern California native born and raised in Lake Forest, California. Cyrus attended Fresno State from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a B.A. in business with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. After working at a couple entrepreneurial companies for a year, he applied for graduate school. He is currently in his second year as a 20-month full-time MBA student at Pepperdine University. In his first year at Pepperdine, Cyrus was the program manager for the Marketing Society and Challenge 4 Charity clubs at Pepperdine University. He also organized multiple social events such as attending a Price is Right taping and an intramural sport team. Cyrus loves traveling and visiting his extended family in Mumbai, India. So far his favorite American city is Chicago, mostly because they have the best food.
