Educational Leadership Program
Choosing to serve as a student leader requires a great deal of commitment, but the rewards are numerous. This experience teaches many transferable skills and prepares each student for a future in leadership. RAs and SLAs will be equipped for the challenges they will face through a number of supportive and developmental resources, which enhance the educational value of the leadership experience. These include:
- Comprehensive Fall and Spring Training
- Ongoing Leadership Training
- Weekly small group/family meetings for information, support, and encouragement
- Bi-weekly one-on-one meetings for mentoring and ongoing support
- 24-hour support from professional staff
