Drescher Campus Apartments

Located on the Drescher Graduate Campus, the complex is comprised of 13 buildings (or blocks) which house approximately 300 Pepperdine students. The complex is home to both graduate and undergraduate students.

Each apartment accommodates four residents of the same gender, each living in a private bedroom. A men's apartment and women's apartment may be next door to each other, however residents only have access to their own apartment.

Each apartment contains:

  • Four bedrooms,
  • One bathroom,
  • Living area,
  • Kitchen, and
  • A small storage closet.

Kitchens are equipped with:

  • Gas stove/oven,
  • Refrigerator, and
  • Sink with disposal.

The living areas have a couch, side chair, coffee table, an entertainment center, and kitchen table with chairs. Bathrooms are large, and the facility areas are subdivided by interior doors. The bathrooms have two sinks, one shower, and one toilet.

Additionally, students will have access to a fitness room in the recreation building, outdoor BBQs, and a 300 space parking structure.

All Pepperdine housing contracts are for a full academic year, the Fall and Spring semesters (except for students whose first term is Spring). Rates include:

  • All utilities,
  • High-speed Internet access,
  • Telephone hookup, and
  • Parking.

Apartment residents are not required to participate in a university meal plan. If desired, students may utilize the Waves Cash program.
