The George Page Residential Complex, built in 1996, has a common recreation room, outdoor BBQs, and adjacent parking.
Located in F & G blocks, each graduate apartment houses four graduate students. Each student lives in one of four private bedrooms which shares a common kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom areas.

Each apartment contains:
- Four bedrooms,
- One bathroom,
- Living area,
- Kitchen, and
- A small storage closet.
Kitchens are equipped with:
- Gas stove/oven,
- Refrigerator, and
- Sink with disposal.
The living areas have a couch, side chair, coffee table, and kitchen table with chairs. Bathrooms are extra large, and the facility areas are subdivided by interior doors for privacy and convenience. The bathrooms have two sinks, one shower, and one toilet.
Page also features an enclosed, landscaped courtyard and on-site campus mail boxes. There is also a commons area at Page, which is open daily. The commons area has sofas, tables and chairs, restrooms, and a large patio area.
All Pepperdine housing contracts are for a full academic year, the Fall and Spring semesters (except for students whose first term is Spring). Rates include:
