The Pepperdine Housing Office is pleased to provide this online resource to you regarding the Fall and Spring room registration procedures. Please review the links carefully to understand all applicable information.
Full-time students attending the University's satellite campuses are welcome to apply for housing on the Malibu campus. However, we advise that students attending satellite campuses strongly consider the commute before applying for Malibu on-campus housing.
Please note: The demand for housing often exceeds available space. Based on the demand last year, we recommend you complete a housing contract and housing prepayment at your earliest convenience as room assignments are made on a first-come-first-served basis. Students must be accepted to the University and have paid their acceptance deposit as well as their housing prepayment prior to submitting a housing contract. Your student ID number will be sent by your school's admission office once you have completed your admissions process. You will not be able to fill out your housing contract until you have this number.
