Cable TV Service

Overview

This page contains information about cable TV service on the Malibu campus only.  Graduate campuses work with their building management to provide cable service.

Activate Cable Service

The Malibu Campus cable provider is Charter Communications.  All cable service connections on the Malibu campus, except for service in the undergraduate dorms, is paid for by each academic division or department.

Contact Spectrum Communications Account Executive Mark Kim to establish an account.  Multiple outlets can be paid with one account, and accounts can be paid with a University purchasing card or by purchase order.

Deactivate Cable Service

To deactivate cable service or to transfer an account, please contact Mark Kim.

For support with your cable service needs, please contact Charter Communications directly at 888.438.2427.  Please have your account number ready. If you are a residential student, you will need to contact the Housing and Residence Life Office at 310.506.7586, and they will assist in coordinating cable service for you.
