DC: Academics

Courses

Important Information

If you are planning to attend Washington DC for the Academic Year 2024-2025 (including Fall only 2024 and Spring only 2025), please make sure to review the prerequisites for your program. DC students should plan to complete REL 101/100 prior to going abroad for the fall term if planning to take POSC 459 to count for REL 300. Prior to the spring term, students should have taken ENG 101, HUM 212, as well as REL 101/100 if planning to take POSC 459 to count for REL 300. Please note: HUM 212 will not be offered in the fall, so if you plan to take HUM 313 in the spring term you must complete HUM 111 and HUM 212 prior to the fall term in DC. If you are going abroad for the full Academic Year, make sure to plan out both your Fall and Spring semester courses. Remember, you must be enrolled in at least 12 units each semester. If you need assistance planning out your courses, please contact Evelyn Valtier, Manager of Internships and Academics at Evelyn.valtier@pepperdine.edu
