AV Equipment/Classroom Features: Include the following: Blu Ray Player, Camera (Wall Mounted), Control Panel, Microphone (Wireless Lapel), Network Capabilities – Wireless, PC Computer, Projector, Projector Screen, Tables w/Built in Electrical, Lectern and Whiteboards.
Ancillary Equipment: Easels, flip charts, and transparencies projectors are available upon request.
Internet Access: Wireless connectivity (internet access) is available throughout the campus.
Guest/Hotel Offices: Temporary Hotel Offices are available for visiting faculty, staff and guests. Please submit a request on 25Live before arriving on Campus.
Study Rooms: Group and individual Study Rooms can be reserved by students when on site and are on a first come/first serve basis. Student ID is required. See the Campus Coordinator at the front desk for details. There is also ample open space, booths and lounge areas that is available for studying that do not require reservations.
Library: Pepperdine Libraries currently only provide pick-up/drop off services at the Calabasas Campus. See the bookshelf located behind the Building Ambassadors desk (CAL160) or contact a Campus Coordinator (x1000) for assistance.
Copier/Printing Services: A color copier is available for students in the Student Lounge (CAL114). The copier for academic Staff & Faculty is available to teaching and resident faculty/staff in CAL141. The Print Shop Customer Service area is located at CAL186D (x1033).
IT Support Services: IT Support for Students, Faculty & Staff is located in CAL114b. Please check posting for IT Staff hours or call the HELP Desk (x4357).
Distance Testing: Is available upon request with advance notice by Faculty &/or the Office of Student Accessibility. The Office of Graduate Campuses will be able to assist individuals (not an entire class). Proctor forms are available from the Campus Director (x1002) or the Lead Coordinator (x1000).
Mailroom: There are two mailrooms on the Calabasas Campus. The residential PGBS & GSEP faculty/staff mailroom is located in CAL141. Each professor will have an assigned mailbox while teaching at CAL. The Operation Departments mailroom is located in CAL161 and has limited access.
Mail & Package Deliveries/Pickups: Outgoing USPS mail with postage can be dropped at the CAL front desk. USPS picks
up mid-day Mon-Fri. OR with department mail code, place in the CAL mailrooms outgoing
bin for the Mail Services Courier. For deliveries/pickups from other carriers, contact
the Campus Coordinator (x1000) to make arrangements.
Parking: Ample easy access and free parking is available for faculty, staff, students and visitors. No parking pass required.
Security: The Pepperdine Department of Public Safety office is located next to the lobby in office CAL101.
Lost and Found: The University regrets that it cannot be responsible for items of personal property left unattended on the grounds or within the building. Inquiries should be directed to the Campus Coordinators at the front desk (x1000).
Meditation/Prayer Room: Is available on the first floor, next to the Student Lounge in CAL114a.
Lactation Room: Is available upon request. Please see the Campus Director (x1002) or a Campus Coordinator (x1000) to access.
Elevator: Is available for passage between the 1st & 2nd floors. It is located behind the Building Ambassador's Desk (CAL160). It is accessible Mon.-Fri. 7:00am-5:00pm.
