Here to Serve You
Our goal is to provide you with timely and accurate mail service. Through providing pick up and delivery services, Mail Services helps keep the Pepperdine Community connected and in regular communication. Mail Services also serves the Graduate Campuses located in Calabasas, West L.A., Irvine, and Encino once a day. All incoming mail for the University and the student body is received, processed, and distributed through Mail Services.
Locations
Pepperdine Mail Services, the Retail Window, Automation Services, and Central Receiving are all located on the Malibu campus Pad. The Student Mailbox Area where Seaver students can check their mail and pick up packages is located on the 2nd Floor of the Turner Campus Center (TCC). The West L.A. Graduate Campus Mail Services is located on the 1st Floor, Room 105.
COVID-19 Mail Services Safety Protocols
Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, Mail Services has taken measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and L.A. Public Health for mail handling, and has implemented precautionary workplace measures. For more information please visit the COVID-19 Mail Services Safety Protocols webpage.

Central Receiving (Facilities Pad): 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 PM
Seaver Student Mailboxes (TCC): 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 PM
Seaver Package Pick-Up (TCC): 9:00 A.M. to 12:30 PM and 2PM - 4:30PM
