In order to reserve a vehicle or services, departments should email a completed Event Request Form to email@example.com at least ten business days in advance and Transit Services check availability of vehicles and drivers on their requested date(s). If service is available, you will receive a confirmation email and a Google Calendar invitation. This will hold your event until the internal requisition is provided.
Please note that services may not be provided if an internal requisition is not received prior to the event. Filling out an internal requisition without communication with Transit Services does not secure your event request.
