These services are provided free of charge to the University community. Resources for event set ups consist of tables, chairs, canopies and stages. Those resources are limited and as a result events should be booked and scheduled well in advance of a planned event (typically 2 to 4 weeks prior).
Student sponsored events require prior approval via the Student Affairs office.
We recommend requestors contact set up staff (extension 7127), to review requirements and lay out of events, prior to finalizing and scheduling an event to ensure a safe and successfully well planned event.
