Event Setups Guidelines
Set Up Services
- Provide chairs and tables for PRE-SET UP and after event removal by submitting a SET UP form (please CLICK link at bottom of this page for FORM).
- Assist with laying out set up design criteria for appearance/form and safety conformance. Please feel free to call us if you need assistance in designing and configuring your event at 310-506-7127 or contact Events Setup via email.
- Provide canopies in limited quantities (first come first serve)
Other event related services which may be used during an event, usually require advance notice either by phone or internal documentation. Please note below that these services are listed for you convenience and benefit, in addition to quick links for expediting and scheduling your requests for their services in conjunction with your planned event.

PLEASE NOTE THESE SERVICES, LIKE SET UP SERVICES, NEED TO HAVE SUFFICIENT ADVANCE NOTICE IN ORDER TO EFFECTIVELY PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SERVICES YOU REQUIRE. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR EVENT.
