The Counseling Center encourages students to be active in their own mental health and well-being. To do this, it is important to have a variety of good, applicable resources available. So if you're stressed out, worried about your own or a friend's alcohol or drug problem, or just wonder if the things you're feeling are normal or not, check out the great resources listed here. If you're concerned about yourself or a friend, you can take one or several brief, online screenings. Covering depression, anxiety, alcohol abuse, eating disorders, and several other topics, these screenings let you know if you should seek further assessment from the Counseling Center.
