The first phase of the CRM implementation is from January 2014 through July 2017 and includes the bookends of the constituent life cycle (i.e. Recruitment and Advancement) as well as core elements such as marketing and events.

This revised implementation timeline was reviewed and approved by the CRM Governance Oversight Committee on February 18, 2016.

Upon completion of Phase 1, subsequent implementations will be planned and scheduled to focus on extending Salesforce CRM to other areas throughout Pepperdine where there is a constituent touchpoint.
