My credit card is expiring. When will my new one arrive?

New credit cards generally arrive in the middle of the month in which they expire.

My credit card was lost or stolen. What should I do?

  1. Call US Bank's customer service number to report the loss. The number is (800) 344-5696 within the United States. If you are abroad, call collect (701) 461-2010.
  2. Contact the Credit Card Analyst:

How long will it take to receive my replacement credit card?

3-5 business days.

Can I get a temporary limit increase to my credit card?

Yes. You can request a temporary increase from your Major Area Budget Manager.

Can I get a permanent increase to my credit card?

Yes. Complete a new Credit Card Application. Check the box for "Update".

How do I set up my profile on US Bank Access Online?

Please refer to the "US Bank Access Online Registration" document on the Accounts Payable Procedures page.

Can I print my monthly statement from the US Bank Access Online website?

Yes. Visit US Bank's Access Online site. Instructions for viewing or printing your statement are available on Accounts Payables' Procedures page.

I've changed my name with Human Resources. How do I get a credit card with my new name on it?

Contact the appropriate Credit Card Analyst:

  • Deborah Ashe, Corporate Travel Card x7534
  • Vanessa Highsmith, Purchasing Card x4744

The Credit Card Analyst will order a new credit card for you. It should arrive in 3-5 business days.

May another employee use my credit card while I'm out on leave?

No. An employee may charge purchases only to a credit card bearing his or her name.

May I continue to use my current credit card after changing departments?

Only after a Credit Card Application update is submitted and approved.

What should I do with my credit card upon leaving the University?

Bring your Purchasing and/or Corporate Travel Cards to a Credit Card Analyst.

May I purchase gift cards as gifts with University credit cards?

Yes, but they must be properly substantiated. Recipients' full names and CWIDs (Social Security numbers for non-employees) must be listed on the reconciliation along with the gift card's dollar amount.

What documentation do I need for a PayPal purchase?

An itemized invoice from the vendor is required for reconciliation.

Is a receipt faxed from the vendor acceptable?

Yes.
