The FEMBA Program is comprised of 52 units which include 38 units of core courses and 14 units of electives.

Concentrations

Students must complete 12 units from an emphasis of choice in order to declare a concentration. Outlined below are the concentration and corresponding campus locations.

Program Information

Through the duration of a graduate program, a minimum overall grade point average (CGPA) of 3.0 is required to maintain satisfactory academic standing. Student academic performance is monitored by the Program Office at the end of each term, and students falling below the 3.0 CGPA minimum are subject to Academic Monitoring. Graduate students that fall below a 2.7 CGPA will be placed on SAP Warning. Students will be notified in writing of the change in status and potential adjustments to the academic success plan. Students who fail to regain good standing within the time frame specified in the SAP policy will be subject to dismissal from the Business School. A minimum of 2 units of global content coursework.

Courses that meet the global business requirement are designated within each concentration area. For more information about the specific courses that meet the global requirement, please refer to the concentration information in the FEMBA Curriculum worksheet.

  • Completion of 52 units of FEMBA coursework, including 12 elective units within a chosen concentration area

As a member institution of Beta Gamma Sigma International, Pepperdine selects the top 20% of graduate-level students to join the prestigious honor society. The GPA review takes place during the final trimester of enrollment, encompassing grades that have officially posted on a student's record to date. Courses that are "in progress" at the time of the GPA review will not be considered for the purposes of determining the list of invitees to the Beta Gamma Sigma induction ceremony.
