Pepperdine offers a wide range of health insurance plans options, all available at little or no cost to the employee and his or her family. 


Pepperdine has partnered with a handful of leading financial institutions to help its employees save for retirement by contributing into their 403b accounts (similar to 401K, but for non-profit organizations). Pepperdine generously contributes 5.0% to each eligible employee automatically, and further matches employee's contributions up to 5.0% of their salary. Note: Employer contributions are only for employees 26 years of age or older with at least one year of service to the University.

Time Off & Leave

Pepperdine staff employees accrue vacation and sick leave based on their status (full-time vs. part-time) and years of service to the University.
