Course Evaluations

The Office of Academic Affairs administers course evaluations across all Graziadio campuses and programs (except MSOD). The course evaluation instrument collects qualitative and quantitative data on the course and instructor.

To access the online course evaluation system, log into WaveNet and ensure "View as Faculty" is selected. Select the Academic Resources menu and then click on the Online Course Evaluations link. For more information, visit the Information Technology website.

The evaluation schedule is generated 2-3 weeks prior to the start of the term and is updated on a weekly basis throughout the term. The course evaluations are scheduled based on the class end date. Course evaluations are available to students for one week. The evaluations open three days before the course ends and close three days after the course ends (for simulation courses, the evaluation open seven days before the course ends and closes six days after the course ends). Students are notified via email while the evaluations are available.

Faculty members will receive the initial evaluation schedule by email at the beginning of the term, and will receive an additional notification any week in which they have an active evaluation. Faculty members can access their complete evaluation schedule (including past and upcoming evaluations) and preview the surveys online.

Evaluation results are released at two points during the term. The evaluation result release date for each course is listed in the online course evaluation system. (For all courses with an end date on, or prior to, the last day of Session A the results are released seven days after the grade due date for Session A courses. For all courses with an end date after the conclusion of Session A, the results are released seven days after the grade due date for Full-Term courses.)
