Shai is a full-time MBA student at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and is also pursuing a certificate in Socially, Environmentally, and Ethically Responsible Business. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca. Shai received her Bachelors of Science in Biology degree from Cal Poly Pomona, and has six years of experience in the Biotechnology industry. Her passion is to promote self-sufficiency through education and empowerment. Recently, Shai co-founded a non-profit organization centered around promoting higher education in "at-risk" schools of South Los Angeles. Her hobbies include: Traveling and dancing.

Michael earned his Bachelors of Arts in International Business & Management with a focus on Latin America from Dickinson College, and began his career in non-profit fundraising as a major gifts officer planning and executing high-net worth special events, and raising 6 figure philanthropic gifts. Michael has also garnered business development and marketing experience as an independent consultant in the wine & spirits, restaurant, and tourism industries.

Kaylina is a MBA candidate recently relocated to Los Angeles from the North New Jersey area. She has over four years of experience in sales and project management with a fortune 50 CPG company. She has always been passionate about achieving results while working within a socially, environmentally and ethically responsible framework.

Manuel is a full-time MBA student at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management and is also pursuing a certificate in Socially, Environmentally, and Ethically Responsible (SEER) business. He is an International Student from Paraguay. Manuel received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Americana in Asunción, Paraguay and his Professional Business Management Certificate with concentration in Advance Finance studies from the University of California - San Diego (UCSD). Furthermore, Manuel has more than six years of volunteer experience working with nonprofits in Paraguay, where he has led many activities, one of them as the coordinator for the First National Fundraising of TECHO Paraguay.

Naqiyah is a full-time Masters of Science in Human Resources student at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management. She is an international student from Mumbai, India and has earned a Masters in Industrial Psychology from Mumbai University in 2015. Currently, at Pepperdine she is the Project Manager for Net Impact, Co-Director of Community Involvement for Challenge 4 Charity and a Senator for Student Government. Her past work experience involves working for a start up as an HR Executive and a Counsellor and Trainer with a Non Profit Organisation. She enjoys canvas painting, trying new cuisines, meeting new people and learning about different cultures.

Felicia Palmer is a full-time MBA student at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business & Management pursuing a SEER (Socially, Environmentally, and Ethically Responsible) certificate. She worked as a campus director for a student oriented non-profit and as a university program director after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and in Music (vocal performance emphasis) from Scripps College. Felicia is a student ambassador and a senator for student government. Passionate about living life to the fullest, Felicia loves exploring the world skiing and SCUBA diving and can't get enough of HGTV.

Jordan's professional background is in Supply Chain and Logistics, with 5 years of experience managing Target's Southern California network. He aspires to enter the consulting or project management field following the completion of his MBA degree. For fun, Jordan loves to travel and ski.
