Selection Dates and Instructions
Drescher Graduate Housing 2017-2018
Current and new graduate students will use the Housing Portal to sign a housing application and link up with roommates.
Applications for the 2017-2018 academic year will go live in the evening on April 3, 2017.
Please note that only pre-matriculated students will have access to the Housing Portal. If you are not able to log in, please be sure your seat deposit has been received and processed by your graduate program.
Where will I live?
Graduate students from GSBM, GSEP, and SPP will live in Drescher Graduate Apartments.
With whom will I live?
Most Graduate students live with classmates from their specific school. You may request one to three specific roommates using the Housing Portal by mutually linking with each other. If you sign up as an individual, your roommates will first be selected from your graduate school. As housing becomes full, we may need place students together from different graduate programs. For instructions on how to create groups, see our roommate grouping guide.
How can I make sure I get housing?
Housing placements will be given on a first come, first serve basis to those who have completed the following:
- A 2017-2018 contract signed through the Housing Portal.
- A $500 prepayment submitted via Wavenet. See information below for more details.
When is the deadline?
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but the priority deadline is May 15, 2017.
Our office will continue to assign graduate students housing until we are full, at which point students will be placed on an ordered waitlist.
