Fall 2017-Spring 2018
To purchase a meal plan or to increase to a greater meal plan at any point in the semester, simply email the Housing and Residence Life Office at email@example.com from your Pepperdine email account.
- Students living in suite-style residence halls must purchase a minimum meal plan of Waves 1,735.
- Students living in Rockwell Towers are required to purchase a minimum meal plan of Waves 1,085.
All Fall meal points will rollover into Spring semester. Any points remaining at the end of the Spring 2018 semester will expire.
Meal point balances can be viewed in WaveNet under "ID Card Deposit", as well as at the cash registers in each our dining areas.
The deadline to reduce or cancel a meal plan is the Add/Drop deadline for each respective semester (Friday, January 12, 2018 at 5PM).
Meal plan usage may not be available outside of the contract periods or during academic recesses.
Summer Meal Plans
Each summer session meal plan begins at housing check-in and expires on July 28, 2018.
Meal points rollover from one summer session to the next session. All unused summer points expire July 2018.

Who can purchase a meal plan?
- Any enrolled student is eligible to purchase a meal plan regardless of whether they live on campus.
- Residents living in the suite-style halls are required to purchase a minimum of the Waves 1,735plan or higher each semester.
- Students living in Rockwell Towers are assigned the Waves 1,735plan but are able to opt-down to purchase a minimum of Waves 1,085 each semester. Apartment residents and commuter students may purchase any meal plan.
Non-residents interested in purchasing a meal plan should email firstname.lastname@example.org with their meal plan request.
Can I increase my meal plan?
Yes. Students may increase their meal plan at any point in the semester simply by sending an email to the Housing and Residence Life and Residence Life Office from their Pepperdine email account.
Can I decrease or cancel my meal plan?
Students may only decrease or cancel their meal plan before the add/drop deadline. Residents living in the suite-style residence halls may not decrease to a plan lower than the Waves 1,735 plan. Students living in Rockwell Towers are are able to opt-down to purchase a minimum of the Waves 1,085 plan each semester.
Do meal plan points "rollover?"

How is my meal plan billed?
Your meal plan is conveniently billed to your university Student Account.
What is Global Waves Cash?
Students may purchase Global Waves Cash at any time. Global Waves Cash is purchased at one point per dollar, and the points do not expire until the student graduates.
How can I check the balance on my ID card?
The One Card Web Deposit is an online service designed to provide students, faculty, and staff with the convenience of depositing money on their Pepperdine ID card anywhere and anytime. Students, faculty and staff may deposit money to campus card accounts via credit card from the convenience of their own computers. Deposits made online are secure, and accounts are updated immediately.
The website allows users to:
- Add money to the card
- View account balance
- View transaction history
- Report lost or stolen card
