Seaver Graduate Students
Current and new graduate students will use the Housing Portal to sign a housing contract and select roommates.
Where will I live?
Seaver College Graduate School students typically live in the Drescher Campus Apartments.
How are the apartments set up?
You can view more information on the Drescher Campus Apartments here.
Who will I live with?
Typically, graduate students live with classmates from their specific school. If you would like to select a roommate, you may use the Housing Portal to create roommate groups or search for others already forming groups by name. If you sign up as an individual, we will try to assign you a roommate(s) within your graduate school.
How can I make sure I get housing?
Housing placements will be given on a first-come, first-served basis to those who meet both of the following criteria:
- Signing a contract through the Housing Portal
- New students: A $500 prepayment must be submitted via Wavenet. See below for more information.
When is the deadline?
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but check the Seaver calendar for the
priority deadline date.
Our office will continue to assign graduate students until housing spaces are filled. This means that the University many have more students requesting housing than what is available.
