Academic Year Housing for Seaver College Graduate Students 

Applications for 2018-2019 academic year are now live. 

New Seaver College Graduate Students

Congratulations on your admission to the graduate programs at Seaver College of Letters, Arts and Sciences! New graduate students who are admitted must follow these steps to apply for housing:

  1. Follow the instructions as outlined in your acceptance letter to complete your intention to enroll and submit your non-refundable tuition deposit. If you have questions regarding this payment, call (310) 506-4357 or (866) 767-8623 for assistance.
  2. First year Seaver College Graduate students who wish to live in campus housing are required to make a non-refundable $500 housing prepayment to their student account. To submit a prepayment visit Seaver College | Student Accounts
  3. Visit the Housing Portal to submit a contract and find roommates.
  4. After completing the application, you will be placed in a room by the Housing Office.

Returning Seaver College Graduate Students

Seaver College Graduate students who are currently attending classes are not required to make a prepayment to their student account. To apply for housing follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Housing Portal to submit a contract and find roommates.
  2. After completing the application, you will be placed in a room by the Housing Office.

 


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When is the deadline?

Housing applications are currently being accepted and the Housing Office will continue to assign graduate students housing until we are full, at which point students will be placed on a waitlist. 

Where will I live?

Seaver Graduate students live in the Drescher Campus Apartments.

How can I make sure I get housing?

Housing placements will be given on a first come, first serve basis to those who have completed the a contract in the Housing Portal.

Can I select my roommate?

Yes. You will live with fellow students from your program. You may request one to three specific roommates by creating a group in the Housing Portal. If you sign up as an individual, your roommates will be selected from your program. For instructions on how to create groups, visit our Roommate Groups  page.
