Academic Year Housing
Applications for 2018-2019 academic year are now live. Current and new Straus Institute graduate students will use the Housing Portal to sign a housing application and find roommates.
Where will I live?
Graduate students from the Straus Institute will live in the George Page Residential Complex.
Can I select my roommate?
Yes. You will live with fellow students from your program. You may request one to three specific roommates by creating a group in the Housing Portal. If you sign up as an individual, your roommates will be selected from your program. For instructions on how to create groups, visit our Roommate Groups page.
How can I make sure I get housing?
Housing placements will be given on a first come, first serve basis to those who have completed the a contract in the Housing Portal.
New Graduate Students
New graduate students (students who are admitted, but not yet attending Pepperdine) who wish to live in campus housing are required to make a non-refundable $500 housing prepayment to their student account. Returning students who are currently attending classes are not required to make a prepayment to their student account.
When is the deadline?
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but the priority deadline is April 2, 2018.
The Housing Office will continue to assign graduate students housing until we are full, at which point students will be placed on a waitlist.
