About Editorial and Writing

The staff of the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team provides comprehensive writing, copyediting, and proofreading expertise for all flagship publications of Pepperdine University, such as Pepperdine Magazine, the annual report, and print and online versions of the magazines of the various graduate schools.

IMC writing and editorial services take part in creating content for major pieces that support the University's recruitment, fundraising, and brand purposes, such as school view books, degree program offerings, national and regional display advertising, and special-event collateral materials.

Writing projects are taken on in collaboration with client-colleague marketing staff to execute within a fully-formed marketing strategy or other set of defined project parameters provided by clients, or if required, client consultations are conducted with IMC project managers and content creators to assist in forming effective strategies and attainable and definable goals.
