Help Desk Now Open 24x7
January 24, 2009. Pepperdine IT has recently announced several new ways to obtain technological assistance. To better meet the needs of the Pepperdine community around the world, the Help Desk is now open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to answer questions from students, staff, and faculty about their technology needs. The numbers for the new service are 310-506-HELP (4357) or 866-767-8623 (toll free in the USA).
To more efficiently address routine requests from faculty and staff, Pepperdine IT released newly-developed online request forms that allow the Pepperdine community to request assistance for some problems online. The new forms are available online on the IT website. Each submitted request is sent to its corresponding technology service area. IT staff created these new tools in order to more effectively serve students, staff, and faculty who require technological assistance inside and outside of normal business hours.
