Larissa Robinson, Lead Business Analyst, CRM

Larissa RobinsonLarissa Robinson joined the CRM team as Lead Business Analyst. She is responsible for helping users identify and leverage operational efficiencies via Salesforce and translating daily business practices into Salesforce functionality. Larissa brings her talent for organization, process documentation, and eye-friendly user guides to the project; and joins Sean Fife and Lesbiz Tovar in the quest to convert all five schools to Salesforce groupies.

Previously, Larissa served the University for seven years as the Employment & HRIS Manager in Human Resources. She is a Gonzaga University alumna and religiously watches all GU basketball games. In addition to volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, Larissa spends most of her free time trying to keep up with her two-year-old daughter.

"Larissa brings vast understanding of the university from her many years of experience in HR," said Lesbiz Tovar, senior IT manager CRM and Business Intelligence. "In addition, she has a keen eye for easy to follow visual documentation which has been instrumental in documenting the various business processes throughout the university for CRM implementations."

 

Sean Fife, Chief Application Developer, CRM

Sean fifeSean Fife serves as Chief Application Developer for the CRM for the University. Sean returns to the University after a one-year stint at the Braille Institute where served as technical software lead. Prior to that, Sean served on IT's application development team for five years.

Sean has his master degree in physics from California State University, Northridge and has experience in writing software and creating programming languages. He enjoys baffling folks with this extensive knowledge of physics (which could make your eyes gloss over). On the weekends, Sean volunteers at a German Shepherd rescue, walking dogs and going on hikes with them.

"Sean brings a wealth of technical knowledge as well as previous experience with Seaver's Salesforce implementation," said Lesbiz Tovar, senior IT manager CRM and Business Intelligence. "As we continue with the implementations he understands the importance of building a solid foundation to continue to build upon to fulfill the unique needs of the university."

 

Thomas Yee, Senior Client Technologies Analyst, Anytime Support

Thomas YeeThomas Yee is the newest addition to Pepperdine's Anytime Support team in Malibu. He is a Pepperdine Alumnus of the class of 2014 and looks forward to contributing to making his alma mater the superb educational environment that he experienced. Thomas specializes in the maintenance, repair, and care of Mac computers using skills that he acquired at Stimmüng, an all-Mac music production studio for TV commercials.

Thomas has already been heavily involved in Anytime Support's OS X Sunset initiative aiming to update any older Operating Systems on the University's Mac computers. In the long-run, he seeks to become involved in IT's Device Management team and script automated patches, updates, etc. for the University's Macs and PCs. He is engaged to be married to his fiancé Victoria in August and is also a passionate music composer.

"While a student, Thomas worked with the Pepperdine Audio-Visual group. Thomas has used his experience in the AV group, along with his expertise in Mac hardware and software, to blend in nicely with the Anytime Support group," said Joe Munoz, manager of Anytime Support.

 

Zornitsa Ivanova, Client Technologies Analyst, WLA Graduate Campus

Zornista IvanovaZornitsa Ivanova recently joined IT as a client technologies analyst at the West Los Angeles Graduate Campus. Previously, Zornitsa had worked for Graduate Campus Tech Support as a part-time student worker.

Zornitsa (or "Zori") will be assisting students, staff, and faculty with troubleshooting and Technology Support. Zornitsa expects to graduate from the Graziadio School of Business and Management with a Bachelor's of Science in Business and Management in Q2 2015, and will be continuing her education in the Masters of Business Administration program afterwards.

"As we have increased operations at the Graduate Campuses by providing online technology training workshops to the different online programs at Pepperdine, Zori has been an integral part of our growth since she joined our student team at West LA about a year ago. I am excited that she is part of our staff and am looking forward to her contributions to the West LA campus," said Jose Juan Hernandez, manager of Graduate Campus Support.
