Hide/Show Tools in a Site

Pepperdine Canvas How To Hide Tools

1. Open your desired course in Canvas.
2. Click on Settings at the bottom of the Course Navigation Menu.
3. At the top of the Settings page, select the Navigation tab.
   
   
   

4. You'll see two sections:

   • Visible to students (top section)

   • Hidden from students (bottom section)

5. Drag any tool you want to hide from the top section to the bottom section.
6. Re-Ordering Tools 
   • To reorder tools that remain visible, drag and drop them within the top section.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to confirm your updates.
