PST Information

What is a PST?

A Personal Storage Table (.pst) is a file that one would create to store copies of messages, calendar events, and other items within Microsoft Outlook. When one would reach their size limit in our previous email system, which most would know as Exchange, then one would create a .pst file to make room in their email account. The emails that were moved to the .pst file they created would then reside on the hard drive of the computer and not on the email servers.
