Owner and President of In-N-Out Burger Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson to Join President Jim Gash (JD '93) for Coffee with Jim
Pepperdine University Alumni Affairs will host Coffee with Jim: A Conversation with Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson, featuring a virtual discussion between Pepperdine president Jim Gash (JD ’93) and Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson, owner and president of In-N-Out Burger. Snyder-Ellingson will present “The Ins and Outs of Faith, Hope, and Leadership” via Zoom on April 23, at noon PT.
Snyder-Ellingson’s grandparents, Harry and Esther Snyder, founded In-N-Out Burger in 1948, and the business remains a privately-owned and operated entity to this day. As the owner and president of the company, Snyder-Ellingson continues to be deeply involved with every aspect of the business, including daily operations, marketing, merchandising, event planning, associate engagement, company expansion, culture, training, and designing stores. Snyder-Ellingson is committed to maintaining and enhancing the well-being of the entire In-N-Out family, which currently includes approximately 30,000. Additionally, Snyder-Ellingson directs and helps to oversee all of In-N-Out’s philanthropic efforts through the In-N-Out Burger Foundation and the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation.
Snyder-Ellingson and her husband, Sean, are also the founders and visionaries for the Army of Love, a nonprofit organization that exists for the purpose of uniting the body of Christ through training tools that will set them free to, in turn, set others free. As a devoted wife and proud mother of four beautiful children, she strives to balance the many responsibilities on her plate and to be a good steward of what she has been given.
