How to Connect with the IP Office Virtually

Have questions about the application process? The different programs we offer? How to access cost information? We've got you covered! Even though the IP team is working from home this semester, we are still here to help you with any questions you may have about going abroad.

Here are the different ways to connect with an IP staff member this semester:

1. Virtual Walk-In Hours

We have created a virtual IP Office just for you! This space will be a place where you can video chat with an IP staff member and ask any questions you may have about our study abroad opportunities.

Please click here to enter our virtual office. Our hours of operation for our virtual office are listed below:

2. Meet with a Student Ambassador

In addition, our student ambassadors are also available to connect about any program-specific questions you may have. Ambassador coffee hours will be suspended during the winter break (November 23, 2020 - February 8, 2021). New office hours will be announced at the start of the spring 2021 semester. In the meantime, please feel free to contact our ambassadors via email.

3. Virtual Advising Appointments

If you feel like you have several in-depth questions in one particular area, then please contact us! We can connect you with the right staff member to help answer any questions you may have. Whether it is questions about academic advising or what a specific program is like, we can connect you with the right staff member or student ambassador to answer these questions!

4. Live and Recorded Events

This semester we will be hosting several live webinars to share more information about our study abroad opportunities. All of our webinars will be recorded and posted on our website in case you are unable to attend. Please click here to review the recordings of our previous webinars.
