Required Vital Documents and Deadlines:

  • Passport Copy (due January 18, 2018)
  • Homestay Form (due February 8, 2018)
  • Health Clearance Form (must be submitted at least 45 days prior and no more than 90 days prior to your program departure.)
    • For May GE, 8 Week GE and Upper Division Spanish: Must be completed after February 1, 2018 and no later than March 22, 2018
    • For June GE: Must be completed after March 1, 2018 and no later than April 12, 2018
  • Exempt Flight Itinerary (for students exempt from the group flight only. If you are unsure of your flight status, please refer to your International Programs contract on wavenet or contact our office. Due March 22, 2018)

Orientation Information:
You are required to attend Orientation for Summer 2018 programs on February 17, 2018 from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Please meet in Joslyn Plaza near the fountain. Breakfast will be provided. Students who fail to attend orientation are at risk of removal from their program and will be responsible for all eligible withdrawal fees.

You can check if your vital documents were received and approved by referring to the New Zealand Summer 2018 Checklist. Please allow 7-10 business days for the checklist to be updated.

 

Visa Requirements:
U.S. passport holders are not required to obtain a visa at this time. International students are responsible for researching the visa requirements for their country and obtaining any necessary visas or permits.

Orientation Information:
You are required to attend Orientation for Summer 2018 programs on February 17, 2018 from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Please meet in Joslyn Plaza near the fountain. Breakfast will be provided. Students who fail to attend orientation are at risk of removal from their program and will be responsible for all eligible withdrawal fees.

 

Flight Information:

The group flight itinerary will be available in March 2018. Please note that if you are booking a connecting flight, you should allow at least 4 hours between flights. We will do our best to help you if there is a cancellation or delay of the group flight that causes you to miss a connecting flight, but you are responsible for any associated costs.
