Sakai Conference 2011
This year, the North American Sakai Conference will be held in Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for our community to learn more about our new learning management system, which we have branded Courses. It is also a wonderful chance for our university community to share feedback with the institutions and developers responsible for the software. In this way, we can help shape the future of Sakai.
Pepperdine Vice Provost and CIO Dr. Timothy Chester has generously invited 50 interested faculty and Education Technology Users Group (ETUG) members to attend this year's conference. Eligible attendees should sign up to attend. Once all requests are made, Information Technology will purchase the conference fees on behalf of the first 50 eligible attendees. Attendees are responsible for all other expenses, such as meals, lodging, and travel.

Thank you for your interest in attending the conference. However, the registration deadline has passed. We are excited to see the number of requests that have been submitted. Please keep an eye out for an email in early May as we register attendees and provide you with additional details about the conference.
