Download Your Fuze Recordings

Pepperdine piloted FuzeMeeting for the 2013-2014 academic year. The pilot began October 2013 and accounts expire June 30, 2014.

If there are any recordings you wish to keep, be sure to download those recordings before Monday, June 30, 2014 when the accounts will expire.

Instructions

WINDOWS (Previous, dark-themed user interface)

  • Log into your account.
  • Visit the "Meetings" tab within the Fuze application.
  • In the left menu, click "Recorded Meetings."
  • Under the desired meeting, click the "Export" button.
  • The server will take roughly as long as the meeting time to export the file into downloadable format. If it was a one hour meeting, it will take an hour to process the recording. Be sure to plan ahead.
  • Once available, click the link or icon to download your recording.

MAC (Previous, dark-themed user interface)

  • Log into your account.
  • At the left, click the "Recordings" tab (next to the Meetings tab).
  • Hover your pointer over the desired recording and click the title (do not click "Delete").
  • At the top of the page, click "Export."
  • The server will take roughly as long as the meeting time to export the file into downloadable format. If it was a one hour meeting, it will take an hour to process the recording. Be sure to plan ahead.
  • Once available, click the link or icon to download your recording.

MAC (New Release)

  • Log into your account.
  • At the left, click the "Content" menu.
  • In middle of page, click the "Recordings" tab.
  • Select the desired recording you wish to download.
  • Click the "Download" button at the bottom of the screen.  (NOTE: Some users report that the download prompt fails. Call Fuze support for assistance if necessary. See below.)
