Security Software Available for University Mac Devices

Information Technology has adopted Jamf, a mobile device management tool, to increase the security and protection of University-owned Apple devices. Jamf improves security, patching, and device configuration on our Apple systems by making updates for Mac device owners much easier. The software remotely connects and protects your Apple devices, eliminating the need for device owners to collaborate with a technician for basic tasks.

Beginning Wednesday, November 17, 2021, Pepperdine Mac users may start enrolling their University-owned Mac devices into Jamf.
