Men's Health Care

Men's health care includes the examination and treatment of any male health problems and complete sexually transmitted infections (STIs) screening. All males should perform a testicular self-exam monthly to check for signs of abnormalities which include lumps, rash, or signs of an STI.

Women's Health Care

At the time of the visit, there is also an opportunity for discussion about breast health, menstrual cycle concerns, pregnancy prevention (or planning), STI prevention, immunizations, as well as nutrition and exercise. The health center provides annual gynecological exams, including pelvic/pap smears when indicated. This visit also includes a review of the medical history, weight and blood pressure screening, a physical exam, and optional labs, including screening for anemia, cholesterol, thyroid, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
