Sign Up for eRefund

Credit balances resulting from financial aid will be processed automatically at the start of each term. Refunds will be issued through direct deposit, which means the funds will be sent directly to a bank account determined by the student.

To create an eRefund account, the student logs into his/her WaveNet account, clicks on FINANCES and then using the eRefund Account link enters the bank information: U.S. checking or savings account number, bank routing number, and the name on the bank account as it appears with the bank.

Once an eRefund account has been created any refunds issued will be sent directly to the bank account designated, generally within 3 business days, after the refund appears on the student account. Times may vary depending on the student's bank.

Overpayment Refunds

Payments in excess of the amount due the University may be rejected and returned to the payer. Students are responsible for accurate and timely payments. Any overpayment amounts accepted by the University may be refunded at the end of the term with the student's written request. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
