RISE Yoga Retreat

Join RISE for an exciting day of yoga! Come ready to be rejuvenated and educated about the important impact of yoga on the human body and its ability to expand our capacity for resilience. This event is open to all students, faculty, and staff.
Retreat Schedule
- 10:00 – 10:45 AM: Morning Yoga with Kat Ibarra
- 11:00 – 11:30 AM: Interactive Lecture with La Shonda Coleman
- 11:45 – 12:30 PM: Lunch from Pita Grill
- 12:30 – 1:00 PM: Rest & Digest Yoga with Kat Ibarra
- 1:00 – 1:30 PM: Glimpse of Joy: Vision Board Creation with Emily Luong
- 1:30 – 2:00 PM: Wellness Mixer with a Charcuterie Board
Registration is required, but attendance is not mandatory throughout the entire event, so guests can feel free to drop in or step out whenever their schedule requires.
The first 25 students to register and attend the event will receive a RISE “Rooted in Resilience” trucker hat. One additional RISE hat will be raffled off to any faculty/staff in attendance. All first-year students who participate will also win points for House Cup!
