Parking passes not renewed within five (5) days of the start of the term will be deactivated and the student will be charged a $10.00 late fee.

Download the Summer 2024 PDF request form by selecting: Student Parking Key Card Request. Follow all instructions on the form. Refunds will not be issued for parking pass cancellations.

Students not possessing a key card should take a ticket from the gate. This ticket should be stamped in the Valometer available in Suite 200 at the West Los Angeles Graduate Campus Office (open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) The ticket must be stamped to qualify for the student parking rate. Students may park in unreserved spaces only. Unauthorized cars parked in reserved spaces are subject to towaway on a 24-hour basis.
