Applications for 2018-2019 academic year are now live.

New Graziadio Business School Students

Congratulations on your admission to the Graziadio Business School! New graduate students who are admitted must follow these steps to apply for housing:

  1. Submit the Intent to Enroll Form and pay the Enrollment Fee in your WaveNet Applicant Center. If you have questions regarding this step contact: pgbs.enrollment@pepperdine.edu.
  2. First year Graziadio Business School students who wish to live in campus housing are required to make a non-refundable $500 housing prepayment to their student account. To submit a prepayment visit: Graziadio Business School | Student Accounts.
  3. To apply for housing, visit the Housing Portal to submit a contract and find roommates.
  4. After completing the application, you will be placed in a room by the Housing Office.

Returning Graziadio Business School Students

Graziadio Business School;students who are currently attending classes are not required to make a prepayment to their student account. To apply for housing follow these steps:

  1. To apply for housing, visit the Housing Portal to submit a contract and find roommates.
  2. After completing the application, you will be placed in a room by the Housing Office.

 


Where will I live?

Graziadio Business School students live in the Drescher Campus Apartments.

How can I make sure I get housing?

Housing placements will be given on a first come, first serve basis to those who have completed the a contract in the Housing Portal.

Can I select my roommate?

Yes. You will live with fellow students from your program. You may request one to three specific roommates by creating a group in the Housing Portal. If you sign up as an individual, your roommates will be selected from your program. For instructions on how to create groups, visit our Roommate Groups page.

When is the deadline?

Housing applications are currently being accepted and the Housing Office will continue to assign graduate students housing until we are full, at which point students will be placed on a waitlist.
