Welcome to GSEP Writing Support

To submit a paper or schedule an appointment, go to My WC Online.

The Writing Support Center offers a variety of services for GSEP students and faculty. We provide the following:

  • Individualized writing consultations with feedback and guidance on papers*
  • Resources for helping students with strategies and APA formatting
  • Class presentations on writing topics, types of assignments or other services provided in Writing Support

*Please note that we are not a proofreading/editing service. We encourage students to utilize Grammarly for specific grammar, spelling, and punctuation issues.

  • In-class writing workshops and online webinars on relevant topics are provided year-round at the graduate campuses. Visit our Events page for topic descriptions and presentation dates scheduled each term.

  • Many downloadable resources and links to recommended websites for improving graduate-level writing are updated frequently on the Resources page. A list of independent editors and link to transcription services are also found there.

  • Recordings of past webinars and all materials used can be accessed on the Webinar Videos page.

  • Check out our recent updates to the Dissertation Support pages for GSEP doctoral candidates.
