Cloud brings extensive experience as an executive coach and leadership consultant, dedicating much of his career to helping CEOs, executive teams, and organizations enhance performance, strengthen leadership capacity, and build healthy cultures. In 1987, he founded and developed a healthcare company that operated inpatient and outpatient treatment centers across forty markets in the Western United States, where he served for ten years as clinical director and principal.
Through this hands-on clinical experience, Cloud developed and refined many of the treatment principles and methods that now inform his teaching and consulting work. After selling the company, he turned his full attention to executive consulting and coaching, sharing his evidence-informed approaches to growth, hope, and transformation through his writing, speaking, and media engagements.
