Lead a Trek to Israel, Shape the Conversation
itrek is recruiting Pepperdine MBA students to design and lead a week-long Israel Trek for their classmates in spring 2027. Student leaders partner with a dedicated itrek program manager to build a seven-night, eight-day itinerary that reflects the interests of Pepperdine’s MBA community.
The experience combines access to entrepreneurs and business leaders with cultural exploration, historic sites, and candid conversations across a range of perspectives. Leaders recruit their delegation, shape the itinerary with itrek’s Israel-based tour operator, and lead their peers on the ground, building their leadership skills while creating a memorable shared experience for their classmates.
If you or anybody you know is interested, leader applications are open at the link below, or you can reach out to our director of graduate programs, Matt Miller (Matthew.Miller@itrek.org).
Apply to lead (type "Pepperdine University" on the first page), and vist the iTrek website.
itrek is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to advance greater understanding of Israel’s culture and complex reality, grounded in firsthand experience.
