Submit A Calendar Request
The calendar request form should be used to schedule all faculty-based monthly meetings (i.e. faculty program and department meetings, research initiatives, etc.). These meetings will be listed on the monthly Full Time Faculty Calendar that is distributed, by email, from Faculty Affairs. - Submit An Event Request
The event request form should be used to schedule conferences, symposiums, and non-monthly meetings. Examples of events are the SEER Symposium, Talent Management Symposium or MSHR Speaker Series.
