Navigating and Facilitating Difficult Conversations: A Two-Part Workshop

Please join us October 25th and November 1st for Navigating and Facilitating Difficult Conversations. Hosted by GSEP Diversity Council and GSEP Talent Management, this virutal two-part workshop will be facilitated by Corrie Napier, M.D.R. 

This two-part training will help faculty and staff build skills and confidence to initiate and engage in conversations about difficult topics themselves and also facilitate dialogues about difficult topics between others. This virtual hands-on training will allow participants to practice new tools and skills during the workshop and receive a practical summary sheet afterward. 

In these workshops you will learn to:

• Lean in to difficult conversations
• Constructively address conflict and difficult issues
• Handle conflict in skillful and constructive ways 
• Foster more engagement, productive teams enhance collaboration and deeper understanding of diverse perspectives
• Receive a practical tool kit
