RISE: Hearts in Action

Join RISE for two Valentine’s-themed events designed to help graduate students foster meaningful connections, practice kindness, and explore self-care. Students will engage in activities that encourage community building, give back to others, and reflect on the importance of relationships and well-being. Incorporating social, spiritual, and life skills dimensions, this event offers a welcoming space to connect, recharge, and feel inspired.

The events will be taking place on February 5th and 6th at the following campuses.

• February 5th at the West LA Campus from 2:30 - 3:30 PM in classroom 337
• February 6th at the Irvine Campus from 2:30 - 3:30 PM in classroom 322
