Spring 2026 PCHS Student Dedication Ceremony

We are proud to introduce the College of Health Science Student Dedication Ceremony as a meaningful new tradition for Pepperdine University. Held on Friday, January 9th at 4 PM in Smothers Theatre on the Malibu campus, this event honors incoming students from the School of Nursing and the School of Speech-Language Pathology as they embark on their educational and professional journeys in healthcare.

The ceremony will feature a keynote address by Amanda Giordano, MSN, RN, a Pepperdine alumna and accomplished healthcare leader dedicated to advancing innovation, quality, and patient-centered care, and will include the formal presentation of white coats and nursing caps—symbols of the students' commitment to service, integrity, and compassion. These enduring traditions mark an important milestone as students pledge themselves to the values of their chosen fields.

Family, friends, faculty, and members of the Pepperdine community are invited to celebrate this inspiring moment alongside the next generation of healthcare professionals.
