Caruso Law Parking Lot G Closed | May 25

From Peppedine University Planning, Operations, & Construction:

The Department of Design and Construction will have a contractor, Western Allied Corporation on campus performing work to replace the boiler at the Caruso School of Law. The project is scheduled to commence on Saturday, May 25th, at 8:00 am and conclude on Friday, June 7th, at 4:00 pm.

Key Details:

• Work will begin on May 25th at 8:00 am, with the crane set up in the School of Law parking lot to lift the new boiler unit to the roof.
• Crane operations will take place only on May 25th, between 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. During this time, the parking lot will be closed to all vehicles.
• The remaining mechanical work will continue on the roof and hallways until June 7th.
• Access to the north side of the building will resume as normal on May 25th at 1:00 pm.

Safety Protocol and Anticipated Impacts:

• Building occupancy is not permitted on the north side of the building during the crane lift.
• Entry to the north building will be restricted during this period.
• Please anticipate associated noise from crane setup and delivery/haul-off vehicles, including backup beepers.
