City of Malibu PCH Single Lane Closures | Week of May 6

There will be single lane closures from John Tyler Drive to Puerco Canyon Road during the week of May 6 from 6:00AM - 5:00PM for the City of Malibu's median improvement project. 

From the City of Malibu:

Work begins this week on the City's PCH Median Improvements Project, with lane closures and potential traffic impacts anticipated next week. Medians will be improved on one mile of PCH between John Tyler Drive and Puerco Canyon Road, including installing stamped concrete, asphalt pavement, striping and signage and a new storm drain system. Raised medians increase highway safety by reducing illegal u-turns and wrong-direction driving. There will be temporary lane closure on northbound PCH 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM and southbound PCH 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Completion is expected in June of 2024.
