Congress to Campus: The Value of Healthy Partisanship

On Monday, January 22, Seaver College, in collaboration with the School of Public Policy, will continue its W. David Baird Lecture Series by hosting former members of congress, Mimi Walters (R-CA) and Alan Lowenthal (D-CA), on campus. Using the Congress to Campus program, this W.D.B. event will provide students with unparalleled insight into careers in public service, including how to run for political office, managing work/life balance on Capitol Hill, and the thrill of debating legislation on the House or Senate floor.
